Property composed of main house and outbuilding, on the outskirts, 2.8 km from the centre of Vassgårda, 10 km from the centre of Kristinehamn, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 30 m from the edge of the forest, 50 m from the lake, direct access to the beach, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 6'000 m2, garden lawn 1'500 m2 flowers. Motor boat (on order), Rowing boat, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises.
