About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this 65 m² house to rent in Férel. Only the ground floor is available and it can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a 450 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob.
- One bedroom with double bed (160x190)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside
- A 450 m² garden with furniture to make the most of the fine weather and a pergola ideal for family meals or moments of relaxation, particularly in the hammock available from spring.
The house is ideally located in Férel, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets.
What to do :
- A long-distance hiking trail passes right in front of the house and links La Roche Bernard (a town full of character) and Arzal (France's largest dam).
- Explore the coast and beaches
- Hiking and cycling
- Discover the salt marshes
- Visit the town of Guérande
- Local market in Férel
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles). An outside socket is available for electric vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: La Baule, 32 km away
- Nearest airport: Nantes, 80 km away
