The Big Muddy features six art-filled and elegantly designed rooms, a welcoming staff that embodies the definition of Southern hospitality, and a lively Blues Room that plays host to talented musicians and seats up to fifty people. With 6,000 square feet of beautifully renovated elegance, the Big Muddy Inn awaits you in downtown Natchez, Mississippi.
If you roll on past Muddy Waters Suite, you’ll land in the British Invasion hallway with two suites dedicated to music created across the pond. It’s like walking the rainy streets of London in a Burberry coat and Wellies, reimagined in an interior. You’ll find Beatles memorabilia and other nods to the British bands whose musical careers pay homage to the Delta blues. This suite features a king bed, bathtub and shower combo, and two large closets. For larger groups, this room may also adjoin the British Invasion II Suite.

Tracy, the host, was so sweet and helpful! There was a water issue, and she called, letting me know the room we had chosen was not available but that she would move us to a comparable one. Chandra was there to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed. The Big Muddy Inn is beautiful, welcoming, and comfortable. I won't stay anywhere else in Natchez!
