Rooftop & lifestyle: Rooftop with second heated pool, sundeck/lounge, and charcoal grill—perfect for golden-hour hangouts.
Sleep: Primary King; Guest #1 with 2 Doubles; Guest #2 with 1 King. A/C throughout, hot water, and towels.
Guest Access:
Exclusive use of the villa and 2 private pools (ground floor & rooftop). Gated community. Private parking for 2 cars next to the home.

✔ Free daily access for up to 8 adults
👶 Children aged 3 or under enter free (children older than 3 are charged as adults).
👥 Additional adults: $500 MXN per person per day (includes $250 MXN food & beverage credit and $250 MXN access, towel included).
🧴 Towels are not included for complimentary access. Towel rental available for $30 MXN.
⏰ Hours:
- Beach access from 7:00 a.m.
- Kitchen open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Beach club closes at 7:00 p.m.
🏖 Amenities: pools, lounge chairs, tables, chairs, and sports courts (paddle, basketball, pickleball, and tennis), subject to availability. More information is available at the beach club reception.
🚫 Restrictions: outside food or beverages, coolers, thermos, and speakers are not allowed.

Tamarán sits in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Nayarit—a laid-back coastal town with a marina, Sunday market, cafés, and fresh seafood. A great base to explore Bucerías and Punta de Mita. Relaxed vibe, calm beaches, and memorable sunsets.
Getting Around:
Easy to get around by car or taxi; ride-hailing apps available depending on local demand. Walkable within the community; short drives to the marina, beach club, and restaurants. Two private spaces make logistics simple.
Other Things to Note:
No pets.
No smoking indoors (outdoors only, use ashtray).
No parties and no unregistered visitors.
Heated pools; no glass in pool areas.
