The Space:
Designed for families and groups, this spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath villa accommodates up to 12 guests. Each bedroom features a king bed, a pull-out double bed stored underneath, and its own en-suite bathroom—giving everyone extra privacy and flexible sleeping arrangements while keeping the common areas open for gathering and relaxing.
Enjoy your own private pool on the main level for easygoing days at home, or head upstairs to the rooftop for a second private pool, BBQ area, and ocean and mountain views. It’s a great place to gather after a day out, share dinner, cool off in the pool, and enjoy the scenery from above. Please note that the ocean and mountain views are from the rooftop area.
The villa includes A/C throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and uncovered parking for up to three vehicles. Access to the second floor and rooftop is by stairs. Guests also have access to the Tamarán Beach Club under the applicable access conditions, adding another option for enjoying a day by the water.

Taxis and ride services are another convenient option for getting around the area. From Tamarán, guests can easily explore La Cruz, Bucerías, nearby beaches, restaurants, and other destinations around Banderas Bay without needing to stay in the busier tourist areas.

Please note that the villa accommodates a maximum of 12 guests. Each of the four bedrooms includes one king bed and one double bed pull-out bed stored underneath the main bed.
The villa has multiple levels, and access to the second floor and rooftop is by stairs. There is no elevator, so this may be important to consider for guests with limited mobility. Ocean and mountain views are enjoyed from the rooftop rather than from the bedrooms.
Tamarán Beach Club access is included for up to 8 adults. Children under 3 enter free, while children over 3 are counted as adults. Additional access is currently $500 MXN per person, per day, including a $250 MXN food and beverage credit.
