Welcome to this charming, expansive lakefront home in Goodview, located at the end of a cul-de-sac along Beaver Creek Cove (BE9).
The decks and dock of this lakeside home alone offer the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway.
Outside, you will enjoy a cozy covered front porch, two expansive rear decks extending the length of the home overlook the lake, where you can enjoy your beverages, meals outdoors, sunbathing, star gazing, nature watching, or just plain relaxing.
The upper and lower lakefront decks offer plenty of lounging furniture, tables and chairs, an outdoor swing bed, a six person hot tub, and plenty of space for outdoor deck games. Two gas fire pits, one on the top deck and the second on the landing between the house and the dock, are available to enjoy at your leisure.
Inside, you will enjoy a tastefully decorated home with 3 bedrooms on the main level, including an expansive master with private bath boasting his and her vanities, a soaking tub and glass enclosed shower. The main level is completed with a fully equipped eat in kitchen with large bar for easy food prep and hosting large parties, open dining room, living room, and a second bath shared between bedrooms 2 and 3.
Downstairs, you will find 2 additional interior rooms, a full bath, a reading/sleeping nook, pool table, fooseball, dart board, full wet bar with full size refrigerator, and a theater sized television in the second living area. Sliding doors from the lower level lead out to the lower deck, hot tub and stair access to the dock.
The house also offers AC, heating, and other essential amenities.
For fun in the sun, you will enjoy a large lighted dock with outdoor table and chairs, loungers, a sun bathing area, small sand play area and a floating dock with ladder to enjoy a day of swimming, floating, paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. A boat launch is feet away from the house allowing for easy access to drop your boat or jetski.
