Welcome to Blue Skies, a charming and carefully designed tiny home at Firefly offering a comfortable and relaxing stay with scenic Hill Country views. A covered front porch provides a great spot to unwind, overlooking the resort pond and fountain.
The Space:
Inside, the open living area is bright and airy, with vaulted ceilings, ample natural light, and a cozy seating space. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and essentials for a convenient stay, while climate control keeps the home comfortable year-round.
The main floor bedroom features a queen bed and a sliding barn door for added privacy. Upstairs, the loft includes two twin beds, making it a great option for families or small groups.
The home accommodates up to four guests and is pet-friendly, welcoming up to two dogs.
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home, including outdoor seating areas, porches, and all resort amenities. Check-in is simple, with easy entry and convenient parking right at the site.
The Neighborhood:
Located within Firefly Resort, surrounded by scenic vineyards, rolling hills, and peaceful Hill Country views. Enjoy proximity to local wineries, dining, and downtown Fredericksburg attractions.
Getting Around:
Driving is the best way to explore the Hill Country. Resort roads are simple to navigate, and local wineries and shops are just a short drive away.
Other Things to Note:
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500(which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $29.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
