apartment, ideally located right on Wakefield Quay. With modern amenities, sunny open-plan living
spaces, and unbeatable access to the waterfront, it’s the perfect base for your Nelson getaway.
The upper level features a full kitchen, dining area, and lounge bathed in natural light — all
overlooking the sparkling harbour. Enjoy your morning coffee, or watch the sunset
with a glass of wine as boats drift past.
Downstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite offers a
king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and private ensuite. The second bedroom includes a double bed and a sofa bed, also with its own ensuite, perfect for families, couples, or small groups.
You’ll be just steps from some of Nelson’s best cafés and restaurants, with safe swimming access
to the harbour right across the road, and a scenic 20-minute walk along the waterfront to Tahunanui Beach.
Please note: the apartment is located on a main state highway, so there is some unavoidable traffic
noise — but the spectacular views and location more than make up for it.

Absolutely immaculate property with the most incredible views. Beautifully appointed, everything was absolutely perfect and sparkling clean. Gorgeous interiors and the view was jaw-dropping. We can’t wait to stay again one day!
