About this house rental


Stunning sea views overlooking the beautiful Tahunanui beach. Only a 15-minute walk to the beach reserve or a 5-minute drive. Walk to cafes, pubs and shops. Enjoy a BBQ or relax in the spacious living room and make use of the full kitchen. Sunny, warm, modern home with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the fabulous views. We provide duvets, duvet covers and pillows. Linen can be provided for an extra $15 a person.

The house is positioned on a very central spot and has a great view. It was spacious with comfortable furniture and beds. It was handy that the toilet below was seperate from the bathroom and that you did not have to walk through the room for the upstairs bathroom.Recommendations for improvement:** Basic clean was fine but it could do with a deep clean as there where plenty of cobwebs.** More teaspoons may be handy.Despite this, it was a great house and would certainly recommend.

The property has a beautiful view, which we really appreciated. The host was really lovely to deal . However, it didn’t suit all ages in our group; there were multiple levels throughout the home, and unfortunately both my son and mother tripped multiple times during our stay.

Had a lovely stay. View is stunning. The property was perfect for us and situated between the CBD and Richmond. Contact with the host was friendly and prompt. The whole stay was perfect.
