The 3-story complex boasts 44 individual units and was built in 1969. Located on the southern end of New Smyrna Beach, this complex resides on the shores of the Atlantic and across from the Indian River Lagoon. Besides direct beach access and balconies with ocean views, guests who stay in one of these New Smyrna Beach condo rentals can enjoy the heated swimming and wading pool, communal washers and dryers, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and many other amazing amenities provided

A great condo with an amazing view. Loved our time there. The downtown is a quick drive with lots of shops and restaurants. The dunes is also a quick trip for walks and hikes.
