From the breathtaking and large balcony of Schooner Point A204, you have a rare view of miles of beautiful ocean, white-sand beach, native greenery, awe-inspiring sunrises, and even the occasional dolphin! The ocean looks so close, you could almost reach out and touch it. You must see it to believe it!
Our condo is a second floor, ocean front unit at Schooner Point. Drenched in sunshine, it offers a classic beach feel, beautiful furnishings, and all the comforts of home -- and then some!
The balcony feels only inches away from the great Atlantic Ocean, and is accessible from the living room. Set with comfy lounge chairs, it's the perfect place to wake up with that first cup of coffee, sunbathe, lose yourself in a good book, and simply daydream, watching the waves roll in and the birds soar by.
When it's time to go inside, at last, you will be pleased by the sight of our welcoming, nicely appointed living room. The room features two comfortable arm chairs, a lounging chair, and a large couch with coffee table. The large HDTV with DVD player is perfect for keeping the whole group entertained, while the cool tile and the surrounding ocean breeze is pleasant after a day in the sun.
Just beyond the living room is a formal dining area with a table set for 6, and seating for 2 more at the nearby breakfast bar. This is the perfect place for a family meal, and it also makes a great game table when it's time to break out the Monopoly and get down to business.
The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area, with a breakfast bar set with stools so early risers can chat to the cook. School Point A204 offers a well-appointed kitchen, with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils your group needs. Just add groceries! You'll find time-saving appliances here too, from the dishwasher and microwave to the coffeemaker, and toaster. Even if you don't have the time or inclination to do much cooking on your vacation, it's nice to know that everything's here in case you need it.
The master suite is nothing short of a dream, with a luxurious king-size bed, TV, and plenty of drawer space to unpack. The en suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower, and plenty of vanity space. You'll just have to retire early and sleep late!
The second and third bedrooms are conducive to great rest, too. The second bedroom contains two twin beds, while the third has one comfortable queen sized bed. Each room also has plenty of drawer space and floor room. Also another full bathroom with a walk in shower ensures that nobody has to wait in line. This property was just what we were looking for, updated, comfortable with enough space for our family. Gorgeous views and because of the location not overly crowded, especially during a holiday week. We had a few minor issues but the management company was in contact with us and help us resolve everything quick and efficiently.

The sea wall was suppose to be finished and it wasn’t even close to being done! Lots of construction.

Walked in cat hair all over the place on furniture on balcony,screens were torn and flapping around paper shades in bedroom held up with duck tape very few utensils etc. very noisy slamming doors loud party til 12:30
