This was a perfectly located place, perfect for my stay. There were a few issues that made it not 5 stars. The batteries in the door code system were bad so I couldn't get in without the emergency key. There was no key card for the door as promised so, after the batteries were replaced I had to use the key code every time. It was very sensitive so never really worked leaving me to use the emergency key every time. The fitted sheet was put on incorrectly (sideways) so kept coming off. I had to undo the bed and remake it. To get hot water in the shower you had to run the tap water first. Under the bed was pretty dirty which I found out putting my luggage there. I just feel these things should be double checked before check in. I did check in early but paid 25.00 to do so.The positives:The staff was SUPER nice, helpful and friendlyLocation was perfect.Bed was comfortable.Price was good!

The unit is in good condition and it was very clean. It is in a convenient central location based on our excursions around the city. The air conditioner and washer/dryer were much appreciated. It is close to a street, however we could hear little noise with the patio door closed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was supplied - filter for water, dish detergent, clothes detergent, and shampoo. The unit is small but it was all we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the patio each morning. Our only complaint would be that the shower head needs replacing - it works but several of the nozzles were clogged.
