Shivali Guest House is a beautiful, new, spacious sun-filled farmhouse, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, immaculate Connor built home. Large two-car garage/barn. Downstairs mudroom, office, large kitchen, dining room, living room, a full bath, and half bath. Upstairs 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Alcove room off of master bedroom - great space for kids on a blow-up mattress. An additional full mattress is in the basement and can be brought up to this area.
The space
The Shivali Guest House features a large master suite with a king-size bed, sitting area, and large empty walk-in closet that could be used for an extra kids' bedroom or playroom. Queen-size bedroom and full-size bedroom. Sleeps 5-6 comfortably. Beautiful wood floors throughout, Vermont soapstone countertops, and maple cabinets in the kitchen. Dishwasher, toaster, washer and dryer, and gas wood stove in the living room. Set on 3.5 private acres with a fenced backyard for kids to play and a barbecue grille for use in the summer. Located in historic Williston Village with easy access to bike and walking paths, athletic fields, and playgrounds. Private, country setting yet near to Tafts Corners, (L.L. Bean, Healthy Living, etc.) I-89, UMV, FAHC, and shopping. Restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping 5 minutes away. Twenty to forty-five minutes to major ski areas and 20 minutes to downtown Burlington and the waterfront. House will be cleaned by our cleaning person with best practices for Covid-19. Snow plowing and pathway shoveling included.
After turning onto Bradish Lane, please make sure to take your first left onto the # 29 driveway. You will see the sign on the telephone pole and the yellow farmhouse and the detached, red two-car garage, as you go up the drive. Please do not drive straight down on the shared driveway to # 10 & 20 to respect our neighbor's privacy.
