Relax and enjoy peacefulness as your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place with everything you need to make you feel at home. Minutes from the Burlington Airport, shopping, great food, downtown Burlington and much more. This house offers great space with lots of natural light. I has 5 bedrooms (three bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs), two full baths, a sun porch and washer and dryer are in the basement that is shared with the basement apartment.
We ask that you are respectful of the home, the other guests in the basement unit, and are mindful of quiet hours from 10PM-8AM. Please no parties.

We had a weekend away with friends and family- Skiing and visiting my daughter at UVM. The house was perfect for all the activity and plenty of beds for everyone. House was clean and showers were great after a day of skiing.

This was a nice location and checkin and communication were very clear and easy. I appreciated how quickly the host responded. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes very close by, and it's quiet at night despite being off of a main road.There were a few hiccups though during the stay- the water temperature seemed to fluctuate wildly especially when taking a shower. It would get really hot (burn potential) and then cold and back again. May want to turn the water heater temp down a bit so the hottest water doesn't cause injury potential.We also had the fire alarms going off twice within about 30 min of each ither after midnight on our last night that we ended up having to call the fire department about to make sure there wasn't carbon monoxide risks. We tried the urgent maintenance number included in the booklet but got an automated phone tree and ended up leaving a message. The firefighters said they usually don't get called to this house so it might have been a fluke.
