This is my personal residence, and one of the reasons I am able to share it with guests is because my work and travel schedule frequently takes me away from home for extended periods.

The owner is typically away during guest stays. However, in rare circumstances, brief access may occasionally be required to retrieve work materials, maintenance supplies, or equipment used to support other local properties.
