    Excellent value for money, maintains high cleanliness, bathroom kit was missing, staff could be more attentive and the breakfast options could use improvement.

    Overall experience not satisfactory. I had called the hotel a day before for confirmation and informed them beforehand that we will reach late night. On arrival, we got to know that room booking was not found, even though they had confirmed the same over call. They might have allocated the room to other guest. Eventually, after 45 mins, we were provided a room which was small in size, bedsheet seemed used, rest all like washroom, etc were fine. In th morning, they refused to provide complimentary breakfast even though booking showed the same. Eventually they agreed after some argument. The breakfast was not good at all, having only 2 items. It is walkable distance from Railway station, thats a plus.
