POSITIVES:
1. The staff at the guest house are
always available to attend and
solve the issues when called upon.
NEGATIVES:
1. Checked in at 19.00 hrs on Jan 14.
It was told that 24 hours check-out
is not available for customers who
have booked on-line. Consequently,
Rs.600- was charged extra for stay
upto 23.00 hrs on Jan 15.
2. It seems supply of water is stopped
if occupant of the room goes out.
On couple of occassion, we had to
call the room attendant to restore
water supply-once for the flush in
the bathroom and again when all
taps were dry in the afternoon on
Jan 15.
3. After checking out at 23.00 hrs on
Jan 15, we had to wait for more
5 minutes for transportation since
no auto rickshaws were visible on
the road as it was totally deserted
and the town had gone to sleep.
When we did get one, the fare we
were required to pay was double
the normal fare. We had to face
this situation inspite of transport
arrangement being promised.
4. A gang of monkeys (4 -5 number)
visit the guest house before noon
in search of food. The staff have to
drive them away using sticks. This
is a new development according to
the staff at the guest house.
