Location is good, convenient for our purpose. Conditioner is good to have sound sleep during extreme hot day.
The room and facilities seem to not being used for long time or being under construction. Lots of waste and used towels found. We have to clean the room ourselves.

It is a new build as of Jan 2026. There is a laundry place across the street and convince stores near by. Two really good coffee shops close. Host was very nice and accommodating.
Hard to dry clothes due to the lack of air flow, but there is a dryer down stairs or a laundry service across the street. Not a big deal and would choose to stay again.
