    the place actually looks good and complete. However, my asthma got triggered. I saw that the main ventilation has black mold. I would have given it a 5 if the ACs were maintained/cleaned.

    If you give this place 5 stars then you definitely set your expectations low. Love how the garage security/concierge is smoking away as he does his job. Anyway without too much detail. We were injured by the bedframe. And they were going to have the housekeeper look into it. Also, if I were a lonely Japanese businessman I supposed the street would be perfect for me. Since two doors down was a bar with scantily dressed young ladies looking for patrons. I forgot how much I despise night life culture. And sure walking distance to the Lotte Center if you're dumb enough to walk in Vietnam. Heads up foreigners visiting for the first time. This is not a walking culture, hence the sidewalks if there are any will be occupied by cats, scooters and merchants. Other than that yeah, stay here, it's cheap and the AC works.
