The best thing about our stay (and there were many good things) was the responsiveness of management. We had an issue with our TV and couldn't get it to work. I texted them and they tried to trouble shoot over the phone but it wasn't effective. We were going out the next day and I asked if they could send someone to fix it. They did and when we got back in the evening it was working fine! Now THAT'S what I'm talking about!
Really, nothing. The suite was spacious and very well furnished, with room for 2 couples or a family. Very good value. It's close to Broadway where all the live music is. We Ubered because parking is hard and expensive. Abut $10 each way, and well worth the convenience.
