If this condo is anything, its definitely bright and cheerful! There were 7 of us and more room than necessary. I can't speak for all the beds but the one in the bedroom was crazy comfortable! The balcony is big. The pool was heated or at least warm. The gym was good. The neighbors to the right were very friendly. I will warn that we are right next to a homeless food mission or something and they are everywhere. But all were very friendly and I didnt feel afraid when walking by myself. We actually gave them all of our leftover food when we checked out. There is a train that seems to go by a lot but it really isn't that loud and there are ear plugs under the sink if you are a light sleeper. This location is also about 5 minutes to The Gulch and 15 to downtown, at the strip. You need to have the Latch App on your phone to get into the building. Mine never worked but the others in my group had it. I would definitely come back here.

We enjoyed our stay at Tequila Sunrise - it was spacious for our group of 7, loved using the pool area, and felt the walking distance to Broadway was great (15ish mins). The makeup tables came in great use for all of us especially when there were only 2 bathrooms for all. We had a few pain points - the train was extremely loud and felt like it was always going by, there is actually only 1 bedroom (the bunks are in a loft hallway), and there is a mission right beside surrounded by a lot of homeless people around the appt. Ultimately we felt like it was a bit overpriced for the area and didn't always feel safe, although the apartment & building itself were very nice.

We loved this bright, clean, well equipped place. It was perfect for our bachelorette party of 7, and could easily have accommodated more. We enjoyed the pool and were able to walk to Broadway St. The train was a bit loud but we quickly got used to it. Overall very happy, and recommend this fantastic place!
