Clean and private. Staff also helpful.
Some of the toiletry should be added such as shower cap, . Bath pad should also be there. We could not find coffee for a basic morning drink like the other places.

Great location 10 min walk from Hakuba Goryu, 2 min taxi. Situated in a beautiful and quiet area with very delicious restaurant only 1 min walk from the door. Hosts provided great service and was responsive with communication throughout. The property is a new construction and the whole place was very fancy, comfortable, and spacious. HVAC throughout the space was working well and abundant. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back to Hakuba
