Located in a typical Hutong area, really felt like living in Beijing. Helpful staff always happy to go the extra mile.
Standard rooms are a bit compact, which is not that surprising if you are used to travelling in big Asian cities, but may be surprising for a first experience.

My original room was not ready for me when I arrived in the afternoon and after some back and forth calm discussion with the hotel staff, they managed to upgraded me to any mock nicer and bigger room. Appreciate they willingness to go extra mile to make me feel welcomed
They need to better manage their booking system and confirm the clients on any changes to their booking
