I had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was spotless, modern, and felt completely new. I really enjoyed my time there everything was comfortable and well taken care of. The arrival was also very easy, with clear instructions and smooth access to the location. Overall, a perfect stay and I would definitely come back.

The apartment looked acceptable at first glance, and the communication was polite in tone.
The stay was disappointing. We were not clearly informed before arrival that the elevator was not functioning, which was a serious inconvenience with a stroller and a baby. The bed was a major problem: the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and affected our sleep. We reported the issue, sent a video, and were told several times that the team would review it, but no practical solution was provided during our stay. Cleanliness was only average, and some basic kitchen items were missing. Overall, there were too many issues for a comfortable stay.
