Well situated apartment, with a nice balcony, a cosy living room and a view on the St-Nicolas church. Very well aerated and with all the equipment you need for a stay in Athens.
The main door cannot be closed easily and should probably be replaced. The door stops have become worn out. One of the windows doesn’t close. The air conditioning in the bedroom (in contrast to the living room) is quite old. All of these can be solved with some further renovation, to make the apartment more competitive with many others in the neighbourhood. The owner is friendly but was not very flexible with respect to our plans that we had to adapt a few times (admittedly) for family reasons.

Feels like Home and more ! We stayed during a business trip, beautiful spacious, very confortable with attention to detail well equiped, very clean and had everything need it to make us want to stay longer! The neighborhood is safe and friendly with little shops and cafes. Walking distance about 10 minutes to the metro station . We will absolutely choose it again !
