Relais Pallaro 12

Steve was great. Gave me so many recommendations off the beating path. I’m so thankful for all the help. I was traveling Europe and bouncing around before coming here. This felt like coming home when I check in. Steve gave me so many recommendations that even made me want for come back.

The space! It was so big with lots of closer space! I also enjoyed the kitchen where I heated up some pasta for breakfast before going on a day trip to Amalfi one day.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Steve was incredibly kind and welcoming. He waited for us outside the apartment and even helped us with our luggage. He was so attentive and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself is simply perfect. During the heatwave in Rome, the air conditioning was a lifesaver. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the apartment had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely recommend it to my friends as well!

We had a wonderful stay at Relais Pallaro 12! The location is fantastic — just a short walk from Campo de' Fiori, putting us right in the heart of Rome with easy access to restaurants, markets, and all the main sights. Stefano was fantastic from start to finish — communication was quick, clear, and friendly, and he gave us great recommendations for local, non-touristy spots to eat, which really made our trip feel more authentic. The apartment itself was lovely: great AC (a must for Rome!), a nice kitchen area, and a cozy little eating space that was perfect for the two of us. We also appreciated having extra room to store luggage and clothes — made the space feel much less cramped for a couple traveling together.

The one small downside was the bathroom — while it worked well for me, my husband (6'6") found the shower and toilet area a bit tight. Worth noting if you're traveling with someone tall, but not a dealbreaker at all.

Steve (Stefano) met us at the property at the designated time, took us up to the apartment on the 2nd floor (4 flights of stairs), showed us around and told us how everything worked. He was a great host and really took care of us. There were a few complementary bottles of water and prosecco in the refrigerator and some coffee and snack cookies in the kitchen. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the apartment cool through the heatwave we were having in July. Steve was very communicative and responsive on WhatsApp throughout our entire stay. We couldn't have asked for a better host!

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. The apartment was well furnished and we didn't have any problems/issues.
