The location

We needed a measuring jug and a working hairdryer but that’s just being picky

The acccommodation is very comfortable overall. It is very clean and cosy. The location is excellent and it is very quiet but central and easy to get around from there. It is well kitted out. We appreciated that there were plenty of cups, plates, cutlery, etc., in the kitchen. Unfortunately we didn't have time to sit in the garden, but that was a nice addition. Communication was plentiful and clear, which we really appreciated.

The bathroom could have more towel rails. There is only one small one and for four of us this was insufficient. There is plenty of room to add more towel rails as well as a shower caddy which would be helpful too.

Superb Location. Easy access to main high streets and walking distance to the beach. Very quiet with parking space and garden. The house itself wanted for nothing - lovely and warm, and great attention to detail. Toiletries, hot drinks, towels etc all provided.

Living area was very comfortable, kitchen was clean and had mostly everything you’d need, only downside was a very leaky tap. Main bedroom was very comfortable and location was perfect.

2nd/ twin bedroom was a huge let down, both mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and beds were barely made resulting in a very uncomfortable 1st night and 2nd night spent on sofa, bathroom was very tired very much in need of a refurb. Check in 4 was late and check out 10 early with extra fees of £30 and £50 for an extra hour each end when was already expensive stay.
