Na plus największy jest lokalizacja, która daje możliwość znalezienia się na rynku w 10 min. Ogólnie ogłoszenie zgodnie z tym co rzeczywiście.
Blok jest już bardzo stary, poziom czystości pozostawiał trochę do życzenia, szkoda że pokój nie ma więcej miejsca na rzeczy (jeden mały wieszak, kawałek stolika wąskiego I dwa krzesła i dwie miniaturowe szafeczki nocne. Trafiliśmy na wysokie temperatury i przez fakt, iż jest to poddasze było dość ciepło. Ściany nie zbyt tlumią odgłosy innych.
