La ubicación.
El edificio le falta mantenimiento. No había ningún utensilio de cocina, ni taza ni cubiertos.
Y para peor la sabana de abajo estaba sucia había pelos y uñas...puse la sábana de un edredón. La habitación demasiado pequeña.para cama de 2 plazas...

Comfy bed and nice location
There is only one toilet and one bathroom in this apartment, but there are quite a few rooms (10-ish, I guess). So be prepared to not be able to wash your hands after using the restroom, and wait 30 min in the morning to finally wash your face and brush your teeth.
