Miejsce w bloku na parterze. Parking osiedlowy dostępny bez większego problemu. Kontakt, odbiór kluczy bardzo dobry. Trzy sypialnie robią swoje w przypadku większej grupy.

Pentru o noapte de tranzit, dacă vrei să eviți aglomerația din centrul orașului, e ok, deși se poate găsi ceva mai bun.
In apartament există un miros de umezeală, mucegai foarte deranjant, incercat a fi mascat cu odorizante. Unul din dormitoare nu are lumină naturală, iar salteaua patului nu este deloc confortabilă. La capitolul curățenie mai este de muncă - frigiderul nespălat, baia cu mucegai la chiuvetă și pe tavan.
