Temperature control sucks, thebasement was literally freezing even with all the air inlets closed. The desk was the size of a postcard. Lot of room in the place but no real “furniture to sit and work on the computer”. AC unit noisy and in the basement where my room was.

The room is very spacious and clean.

The wall is kind of thin. I could hear people on the main floor talking. I could hear people moved the table and chair around at 3am.

We stayed here for one night before heading to Blue Mountain, and it was an incredible value for the price. Everything inside felt brand new! We stayed in the basement unit, which was impressively spacious and included a nice desk. The shared kitchen was excellent. It's well-equipped with everything you need (pots, pans, strainers, plenty of cutlery). I liked that there were dedicated drawers in the fridge for each unit, keeping everything organized and clean. Everyone was very disciplined about cleaning up after themselves.

While it was a bit chilly downstairs due to the heavy snow outside, the shower water was piping hot—perfect for warming up before tucking into the cozy bed. It seems there are cameras in the common area. The driveway can be a bit tight if other guests don't park closely to the side. We couldn't fit our car when we arrived, but we found a nearby plaza to park in—it was a very short walk and not an issue at all.
