The location and cleanliness

Super clean, big comfortable bed and pillows, big TV screen (with Netflix), fully equipped kitchen, fast and clear communication with the owners. Even though it's asked to put the car on the driveway and park behind each other, I'd leave the car on the street so you can leave whenever you please. The owner said that would have been fine.

The price was good. It was clean.

It is a house full of rooms rented out. By the description I thought it was a family home with two rented rooms in the basement. It turned out to be a house with a bunch of rented rooms. Not at all what I expected although I admit this could have been my inexperience drawing that conclusion. Someone was cooking in the kitchen at 1:00 in the morning. They weren’t loud but the house was filled with an odor of ethnic food. GPS took me to the wrong address and I phoned the number to inquire where to go. I immediately received a text to text instead of call. So I texted my predicament but didn’t receive a response. I was able to find the right house by copying/pasting rather than using the link. But the host never did respond to my text. The driveway was full of cars and the feel of everything was “rooming house”. The price was right, but the feel of everything was not one I was comfortable with.
