I like the hospitality and the manner in how it’s managed.
I repeatedly use both locations in Barrie and recommend to anyone coming to Barrie, travelling through Barrie or even just a night away from the normal if you live in Barrie.
5 stars does not do justice let’s say it’s 6/5 stars for proper review.
The check in and out time need to be a little more flexible
If a room is empty and clean check in should be flexible as with check out if room is not booked on your checkout date.
I had to dig deep to fill out this section.

Location, cleanliness, management
Basement is very noisy with the people moving around upstairs. Sounds like elephants moving around.

Very clean and spacious room
The room was in the basement and the upstairs guests were obnoxiously loud until 4 am, ignoring any quiet times from 10 pm and on.
