・施設自体が新しく、清掃も行き届いてており、イヤなニオイなど一切無かった ・かなりコンパクトな作りだが、冷蔵庫やコンセント、手元照明等考えられて配置されていた ・子供の頃ぶりの二段ベッドでワクワクした ・ヘアドライヤーと折りたたみの鏡あり ・町中から離れてるが、徒歩5分くらいに大きめのスーパーがあるため食料に困らない
・荷物置き場はあるが、部屋のコンパクトさゆえパッキングのしずらさはあった ・洗面台や手洗い場が無く、トイレ後はタンク上部で手を洗う（キレイキレイあり）。普通に手を洗いたいときはシャワールームのシャワーで手を洗う。ちょいちょい手を洗いたい私にとっては不便さを感じた。 ・電子レンジ、ポット、テレビは無いが、不便は感じなかった ・テーブルが無いので食べるときに場所選定に迷う（二段ベッドの上で冷蔵庫をテーブル代わりにして使用したが正解なのか・・）
