Bellissima posizione, con grande vista sulla baia. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Facile chiacchierare anche con gli altri ospiti. La Kominka è deliziosa.
La camera doppia è improvvisata in una costruzione a parte di cemento, quindi se prenotate per la doppia non dormirete nella Kominka vera e propria. Possibile presenza di insetti vari per via delle fessure nel pavimento (soprattutto per chi è aracnofobo meglio evitare). Non è presente almeno nella doppia il condizionatore split, ma solo un monoblocco portatile (tipo pinguino) molto rumoroso.
