    Everything is very clean and new. Staffs are friendly and polite too. Would recommend! Do note that there is no lift but the highest floor seems to be 3.

    Nice stay, very strategic location, wont busy and noisy when night, nearby has nice massage shop, downstairs has nice ig coffee shop, all is good, but the room is quite small, and no iron provided, overrall still good stay 👍

    Newly built in November 2025, Taupe Hotel is located in the old city. It is a short walk to all the restaurants, attractions, and markets. The hotel is clean and up to date, with comfortable beds, lots of room, and a very effective air con. Shampoo and body wash are provided. The hotel is secure after hours, with keycard required to access after hours. Things to note - there are no lifts, so if you have mobility problems, ask for a ground floor room. The staff will help you to carry your bags up the stairs if needed. There are no laundry facilities on site, but there are coin laundries close by. When catching a Grab to this location, set the drop off point to the main road, not the little lane way. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a short to medium length stay in Chiang Mai. Quiet, clean, and convenient, with room to stretch out and relax, and friendly and helpful staff.

    There is no house cleaning. I reminded the staff and when i went back to my room, they say they forgot. Ive never been to a hotel where the staff forgot to clean my room and they came up with a million excuse like how i did not put up the cleaning card. Ive been to other hotels where i do not put up the cleaning card and they still clean my room. The room has a constant white noise where i cant detect where its coming from and i could not sleep peacefully at night. The air con is right above the bed and even though i make it the warmest, i caught a cold. This might be a new hotel but the layout is not thoughtful and the staff is forgetful
