Personal foarte amabil si zambitor. Piscina exterioara incalzita ( iarna) a fost o surpriza placuta.
Bazinul pentru copii a fost nefunctional pe toata perioada ( 5 zile) si parea ca va sta asa o vreme indelungata.
Varietatea mancarii a fost surprinzator de redusa. Fructe putine si feliate marunt ca sa "ajunga la toata lumea".
Parca cineva ar fi numarat oaspetii si ar fi pus numarul fix de bucati.
Tot timpul aveai senzatia de saracie cantitativa si a varietatii.
Subliniez ca mancarea nu a fost rea si nici nu am facut foamea . Poate am venit noi in secuime cu asteptari nerealiste privind mancarea 😉

The spa and views were exceptional. Private parking provided with a private road.
I believe this hotel is best situated for locals, as the staff barely know any english (except for one) and food is mostly local. Even the menus do not have any english information. The dinner and breakfast was poor and a la carte not buffet. When we arrived the staff barely gave us any information on the hotel facilities and rushed us. I had to ask about everything. The rooms are also very old and cramped. They need to be updated. The bathroom is very old and the beds were small. Overall not that good for the value of money paid.
