NEW APARTMENTS THE TERRACE BY THE SEA -Ocean & Pool view - Comodoro, Los Cristianos, Tenerife

We liked it a lot. Like, A LOT! The flat is on the 8th floor (there are two flats: this one and the one below - be aware of this when you book) with a huge balcony facing the sea, so you can see the beach, the mountains, the port - the views are fantastic. Next to the building there’s a hotel with a bar and live music every evening (till 10:45 pm), so you can sit on the balcony, drink wine/beer, enjoy the views and listen to live music, which we did a lot. One bedroom and a living room. Air conditioning in both rooms. Comfy bed. A small kitchen with everything you need. The building has a pool and a bar, which we didn’t use. There’s some kind of cleaning service - they clean the flat three times a week, change the towels twice a week and change the sheets once a week. There’s no safe in the flat, which felt a bit odd. It’s a quiet place compared with Las Americas. There’s a small beach next to the building, but it’s rocky and not really suitable for swimming. The proper beach is a 7-minute walk away. Lots of bars and restaurants along the street, but we preferred the less touristy ones in other parts of the island. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.

The listing says there’s private parking included in the price, so there’s no need to worry about finding a parking space. Well, that’s not exactly true… There IS parking, but there’s no dedicated space, it’s tiny and always occupied, which is a bit disappointing. The good thing, though, is that there are plenty of spaces on the street in front of the building and it's free of charge

Excellent location. Wonderful view. Modern apartment with a well laid out terrace with sofa, table and chairs.

The TV didn't function at the start but the problem was dealt with in a timely manner by the Host.
