L'emplacement est super, de plus, l'immeuble dispose d'un parking gratuit ce qui est vraiment très pratique. Pour deux personnes, l'appartement est parfait, bien équipé (les poêles pour cuisiner laissent à désirer, mais c'est un détail). Le fait que l'appart soit équipé d'un lave linge est également très appréciable. La piscine dans l'immeuble est vraiment un plus quand la mer est trop froide ;)
à noter que l'appartement n'est pas équipé de double vitrage, donc pour les personnes au sommeil léger, cela peut être compliqué. De plus, il n'y a pas de climatisation, l'appartement dispose cependant d'un ventilateur très peu bruyant. Nous y avons séjourner en mai, donc la chaleur n'était pas vraiment un problème, cependant en été l'appartement doit bien chauffer, étant exposé sud ou ouest.
