Door locks, bathroom doors and taps that turned all the way around when you turn the nob. Lack of A/C rooms is a concern. Electricity issue must be solved.

Good people, location and food.

Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Food is also tasty.

1. They DON'T HAVE A/C FOR DOUBLE ROOMS. In a hot area like Anuradhapura, a room without AC, costing nearly 6,000 (with tax), is not fair at all. There was hot water, but no AC. First, I booked double rooms, then I moved to a quadruple room. 2. I changed the room at night, at that point I confirmed the prices for the rooms, they didn't mention any extra fees. But at the point of checkout, they have added an extra fee. The extra fee charging is totally fine. But it should have communicated at the point of change the rooms. 2. They have an electricity issue. Around 10 o'clock, there was a power disconnect. I thought it was a power cut, waited for a few minutes and later went outside the room and checked it. There was electricity in other area, i informed them and they did fix it.
