Birdhouse country living close to everything

The quiet and private nature of the place.

Once found, no problem, but perhaps some better directions for locating the front gate.

Very nice porch. Secure thanks to the gate. Nice to stay in a self contained “tiny house”. Quiet neighborhood and is “close to everything” as advertised. Though very small, the windows can fill the space with light when shades raised.

The loft where the main bed is located is very cramped and the stairs tricky to navigate, even for a reasonably fit adult who is not tall. Bedding for the second bed, which is a sofa hide-a-bed, only provided with an extra charge. We were only two adults (non-couple) in a space that hypothetically could sleep four; it seemed odd to me there would not be bedding for both beds.

Location was perfect

The price was a bit steep.

The location was great, very private and comfortable. The house itself had all the essentials and despite its size felt very spacious and spread out with lots of room to move around. There were free roaming chickens to watch prance around and squirrels knocking their walnuts on the deck outside. It was enjoyable as a vacation venue without being too fancy, it was pleasant. The airflow was fantastic against the Eugene summer heat. The gate made the place feel very secure and was easy enough to leave or get deliveries during our stay. I'd love to stay here again next summer

Nothing really, aside from a few bugs but that's to be expected of an almost cabin adjacent little house surrounded by trees. And not enough bathroom toiletries for the length of the stay but that's alright, it's an easy location for delivery to find.
