Quiet, clean, comfortable, peaceful
My room & bathroom were basic, functional & tidy
Staff were kind & very helpful, booked taxis for me, assisted with luggage & advice
Wonderful opportunity to spend a few quiet days exploring a very busy area around Boudnath & remarkable opportunity to hear the sounds of students in Tharlam Buddhist Monastery go about their daily prayers and tasks
Carrying my bag up two flights to my room (staff offered to help but I am stubborn)

An excellent location and a quiet place, situated within the grounds of Tharlam Monastery. Friendly reception staff and security.
I think it could improve by supplying tea, coffee and powdered milk in the rooms. Although the rooms did have a kettle there was no tea or coffee.
Breakfast was very nice, but choice was limited to two options. I think it is hard having just one person on their own - the menu could be extended if there were more staff for food preparation.

Fijne omgeving. Het is vlakbij de Boudha stupa, maar toch erg stil en schoon. De kamer was mooi ruim, schoon en licht. De bamboe vloer geeft de kamer een warme sfeer. Er is een binnenplaats/tuin waar het heerlijk rustig is. Wifi werkte goed.
Er was in de ochtend geen heet water voor douche en ik moest tot de middag wachten op warm water omdat de geiser niet werkte tijdens mijn verblijf.
