Staff is not aware whats available surrounding and timing. Close gate at 10.45pm where in parikrama continue whole night

Everything was perfect but the receptionist had to keep looking to find a room with a working TV. The TV's should be kept in working order. Watching TV is not why people book a room near Boudanath. Still...

It was close to the stupa yet quiet, clean, comfortable, has working air-conditioning, clean, has hot water, has a soft but firm bed, is safe, provides bottle of water daily, etc. The restaurant upstairs is expensive but there are cheaper alternatives nearby. I will stay here again.
No hangers, no bucket and no dipper for a bucket.

Good location and with a nice rooftop bar restaurant facing the Stupa Boudha.
Simple room in line with cost.
Near shopping area and restaurants of Stupa Boudha.
Heating system was working poorly, trying to heat up the room but not been really able, even if in the end some warm air was coming from the system.
Not much water in shower and sink.
Very long time to get some hot water in the shower.
