Cozy Apartment by Botanical Garden

We were very satisfied with our stay. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions. During all my bookings and travels, I have rarely met such friendly and warm people as this owner – it was truly a pleasure. The apartment was wonderful, very clean and well maintained. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided. For this price it is truly an excellent offer. I would even say that it is very difficult to find such nice apartments for this price. In the courtyard of the residential complex there is a shop and a café, so everything you might need is very close. There is also a beautiful view from the window, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is cozy, quiet, and very comfortable for relaxing. We were welcomed late in the evening, which I really appreciated, and there was also the option to pick up the keys from a lockbox, which was very convenient. Throughout the entire stay we received help whenever we needed it, and we truly felt at home. The area is pleasant and peaceful. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back again. Квартира очень чистая и уютная, сразу чувствуется забота о гостях. Хозяйка невероятно приветливая, доброжелательная и всегда на связи — очень отзывчивая и внимательная, благодаря чему проживание было максимально комфортным. В квартире есть абсолютно все необходимые удобства и принадлежности — ничего не пришлось докупать. Отдельно хочу отметить тёплые полы: в квартире было действительно тепло, комфортно и приятно ходить босиком, что сильно повышает уровень уюта. Локация удачная: достаточно близко к центру города, до Нагорного парка можно спокойно дойти пешком. Район тихий и приятный. Соотношение цена/качество — одно из лучших, с которыми я сталкивался. Однозначно рекомендую и с удовольствием остановился бы здесь снова.

Существенных минусов не обнаружил. Проживание было комфортным, всё соответствовало описанию.
