1. Location is great: within 5 mins walking distance of the Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammad V, as well at the 16thNov Tram Stop. 2. Apartment was clean and had a lot of space. The hot water wifi and Netflix all worked OK 3. Good value for money 4. On road parking, but no fixed space. We did not have a problem locating a parking space when we needed one. Bank and carfour supermarket within 5 mins walk.

1. Would have liked to have been met on first arrival and the details explained. It is not difficult to navigate the apartment block but when we had to provide our arrival time we thought we were meeting someone at that time. We arrived early and waited for 30 mins, only to then be told that the keys weer where they were and how to access the apartment. It as an unncessary delay after a long days drive. 2. The fittings are tired (cupboard doors not closing flush etc) and could do with an update 3. The layout is unconventional and takes a little getting used to.
