Lokalizacja dobra, jeśli chce się faktycznie zdala od miasta. Do centrum można się łatwo dostać autobusami z przystanku położonego na przeciw domu. Wygodna przestrzeń. Dobra cena.
Brak sygnału w telewizji, mała ilość ciepłej wody i niedziałający prysznic. Brak ogrzewania w dzień wyjazdu Doba do g. 10, ale poranek był zaskakująco zimny, nawet rzeczy nie dosuszyły się na kaloryferze, co zimą ma jednak znaczenie.
