Lokalizacja blisko wyjścia na szlak, czystość, wygodne łóżko, spora łazienka i parking na terenie obiektu.
Brak możliwości regulacji temperatury w lokalu - chwilami było zimno, a termostat umieszczono w zamkniętej skrzynce.

Bardzo bliska lokalizacja do szlaków turystycznych, miejsce parkingowe dla samochodu, kuchnia z podstawowym wyposażeniem.
Lokal umiejscowiony w suterenie, problem z kanalizacją podczas deszczowych dni (zalane szambo)- właściciel co prawda zaproponował zmianę lokalu, ale mimo wszystko było to nieprzyjemne. W pobliżu brak restauracji - tak naprawdę do wyboru tylko jedna. Daleko do centrum.
