Great little studio apartment- comfy bed and excellent kitchen facilities with a full oven which is hard to get in a studio style apartment. The bathroom was nicely designed and it has its own washing machine which was great. The apartment was well stocked in terms of kitchen cooking utensils etc. There were no wine glasses but I bought some so you won’t need to when you book to stay here.

The overall check in experience was poor. The management company use an online checking in system which was not straight forward. Having entered all the required information I continued to get a notification that I hadn’t completed the ‘check in’ process however I had given all the info requested. In the end I had to call them to make sure everything was in order which they confirmed it was. On the day of arrival their automated system messaged me to say that check in was still not complete which raised my anxiety levels. I had arranged to meet someone from the property management who was due to hand me over the key however this arrangement changed at the last minute when I was delayed getting from airport. In the end I was met by someone whose name I didn’t know at the building but did eventually get inside. Once inside, I did have to reach out to the property management company to report a problem with the hot water supply to the shower. Initially I was only getting 30 seconds of warm water before it turned cold. To be fair this was sorted out and fixed very quickly which I appreciated.
