Location was amazing

The bed was too hard for my liking and the pillows weren’t good but I’m not too fussed when the location was that good.

Modern fully equipped apartment. Good size balcony with sunbeds table and chairs. Great for people watching. Lighting was excellent, counted 19 switches, took a week to work out what they were all for. Sunshade & towels for beach. Everything you need for your holiday. Emmanuel who looked after the apartment was always available. The apartment is in a great position between Vista and Camison beach's. Good Restaurants local in fact everything is. Large pool area with plenty of beds. Lastly the welcome pack of wine, water and snacks was much appreciated. Would come again.

Collecting key. The instructions for entering the complex were whatsapped whilst during flight and I was in flight mode. With all the rush at airport I hadn't had time to check my phone, why would I? I was expecting a Reception desk or similar. Main entrance to the complex is through a restaurant to the bar area. The entrance to rooms and pool area is via a glass door with a coded lock. Luckily for us the bar was still open, lady in the bar rescued us, it was 19:00 hr. she helped contacting the agent who arrived in minutes with the key. It would have been better to have had these instructions 24hrs earlier or had been alerted that the instructions would be sent via whatsapp just prior to arrival in Tenerife. Hope these comments help other people.

The location is fantastic, the apartment is very well equipped and comfortable.

The combi oven was complicated, it would have been good to have some instructions.

great location close to the beach and restaurants and shops had everything you needed in the apartment and complementary water and wine was appreciated
