De netheid en het uitzicht ( zicht op zee)
Voldoende ruimte
De trap was zeer ongemakkelijk .Jammer dat er geen 2de WC was in de leefruimte omwille van de hoge treden en zeer schuine trap

We loved the ocean view from the top -floor balcony, overlooking the pool and palm trees.In the evening ,when everything became calm, we could hear the sound of the ocean

La posizione stupenda, bellissima piscina, appartamento medio accogliente ma pulito
Mancavano alcune cose della cucina. Materassi vecchi e scomodi da cambiare immediatamente.

+ местоположение! одно из лучших на Тенерифе. Сам комплекс очень красивый, уютный, хорошо обслуживаемый. Между двумя пляжами в шаговой досупности, близость к "золотой миле"
+ третий этаж, центральная секция, вид на океан
- интерьер, попытка современного ремонта, но мебель не функциональна полностью. типа шкафчиков на кухне и остутсвием места для кухонного стола. Стеклянная лестница здорово!
- многие вещи не работали, половина конфорок на плите, телевизор на втором этаже, утюг. Хозяин никак не отреагировал
- в комплексе 2 бассейна, один с подогревом почему-то работал не каждый день без объяснения причин
- не хватало посуды, даже пришлось купить кое-что.
- готовить было довольно мучительно из-за наполовину работающей плиты, посуды, неудобной раковины
